Report a warranty case

A defect that qualifies as a warranty defect is an issue that must appear during the warranty period. If the defect cannot be precisely defined, it is recommended to first inform the apartment association or facility management to clarify the exact nature and content of the problem and the need to register it. Once the warranty defect has been reported, an automatic confirmation letter will be sent to the e-mail address of the person who reported it.  If the confirmation letter is not received immediately after the information has been submitted, please let us know by sending an e-mail to garantii@nobe.ee. Warranty works are usually performed on working days between 8:00 and 17:00.

The following issues cannot be defined as warranty defects:

  • If the object has not been used for its intended purpose, including misuse and careless use.
  • If the object has not been maintained in the required state and manner, or if damage has been caused to the object or its surroundings as a result of this activity.
  • If the object has moisture and/or water damage due to its use or negligence.
  • Mechanical damage and natural wear and tear.
  • Management and maintenance issues.
  • Visual preferences, where there are no obstacles to the use of the object and the condition of the object has not deteriorated compared to the original condition of the object and taking into account normal wear and tear and depreciation.
  • If the building's protective devices and systems (pumps, heating cables, fire safety installations, etc.) are in the off position or their operation is hindered, resulting in damage or loss to an extent that could have been prevented and avoided.
  • Proposals to change system settings and temperatures, replacement of light sources (light bulb), maintenance, cleaning, etc.

 

We await and process information on finish cracks that appeared during the warranty period at the end of the warranty period. For more information and for explanation of their occurrence, please refer to the apartment's user manual. Defects that appeared during the warranty period will be resolved during the warranty period or immediately after it. Warranty defects that prevent the use of the object will be resolved as soon as possible.
