NOBE OÜ principles for the organisation of warranty works and personal data protection

• Defects that appeared during the warranty period will be resolved during the warranty period or immediately after it.
• Warranty defects that prevent the use of the object will be resolved as soon as possible.
• If you have any questions or additional information arising during the processing of warranty defects entered into the database, please send them to the e-mail address garantii@nobe.ee.
• Possible finishing cracks in walls, ceilings and their joints will be repaired after the end of the warranty period. NB! Regarding normal finishing cracks, this information does not need to be provided on an ongoing basis and is expected at the end of the warranty period. More detailed information is provided in the building’s user manual.
• Before providing information regarding possible warranty defects, it is necessary to make sure that the issue is one that can be defined as a warranty defect. In case of possible questions, first contact the facility management.
• Warranty works are usually performed on working days between 8:00 and 17:00.
• The warranty works database (database) aggregates the data on apartment properties or other building spaces built by NOBE (the object of warranty works) in order to enable NOBE to resolve any claims related to a construction warranty.
• The database is created to bring together the facts related to the warranty works, to analyze the need for the works, and to perform the necessary works. NOBE performs warranty works to fulfil the agreement concluded with the person who ordered the construction works.
• The person entering the data into the database confirms that all data is true, that he has the right to submit an application for performing the warranty works, and that he agrees that NOBE will process his personal data for the purpose of collecting and analyzing the information necessary for performing the warranty works and for performing the warranty works. NOBE also has the right to use such personal data that it has received from other persons (e.g. the contracting entity of construction works) for performance of the agreement concluded in relation to the object of the warranty works.
• NOBE processes the submitted data in accordance with the data protection requirements established by law. The legal basis for processing personal data is NOBE’s legitimate interest in fulfilling the construction contract that is the basis for the warranty, and the desire to receive a feedback on the quality of its service and to send notifications to the warranty works site about its activities. NOBE may use personal data to send notifications about its activities that may affect the use of the warranty works site (for example, construction activities on nearby sites).
• Personal data is data that can be directly or indirectly linked to a natural person, including the person’s name, personal identification number, address, phone number, e-mail address. NOBE may also collect non-personal data, i.e. data that cannot be linked to a specific person, such as data about actions or activity in a database that is collected for statistical purposes and to provide a better service.
• NOBE collects, stores and processes personal data related to the performance of warranty works in an electronic database that is accessible to NOBE’s competent employees and is not intended for public use. NOBE may use third-party services for database management and technical support services and transfer personal data to contractors used for the performance of warranty works. NOBE uses the Hausing Technologies OÜ database for data storage and processing, and their principles can be found at the link: https://hausing.co/terms.
• The person has the right to demand that their data be updated, corrected or deleted, unless this would prevent the performance of warranty works or is contrary to the requirements arising from legislation.
• NOBE will retain the client’s personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose of processing the personal data or to comply with the requirements arising from law.
