Located at the corner of Kopli and Volta Streets, the Volta 1 Office Building is a contemporary business centre that brings new life to the historic Krull industrial quarter. The project was developed by Invego and delivered by NOBE.

The 27,000 m² building was designed according to the vision of architect Martin Aunin, combining a late 19th-century limestone industrial building with modern architecture and functionality. The development offers a diverse mix of office and commercial spaces, including premises for international companies.

In addition to the building itself, the project included underground parking, a pedestrian street running through the quarter, and extensive landscaped public areas. The new urban park features approximately 17,000 plants and 1,200 m² of terraces. The building also includes a total of 2,300 m² of rooftop terraces, providing a variety of spaces for relaxation and social interaction.
