NOBE designed and built the Tulbiõie semi-detached housing development in Viimsi, creating a modern and welcoming residential environment where each home enjoys a private garden area. The project was developed by Favorte.

The development consists of eight semi-detached buildings, offering 125 m² five-room homes designed to meet contemporary standards and achieve an A energy rating. An air-to-water heating system and carefully considered architecture ensure energy efficiency, comfort, and privacy for residents.

The project marked NOBE’s first collaboration with the Favorte team.
