NOBE designed and built 12 wind turbine foundations for the Liepāja Wind Farm in Latvia, commissioned by SIA Rapsoil. Our scope of work included design, earthworks, piling works, and the construction of the foundations from reinforcement works through to concrete casting.

The project involved the construction of 12 turbine foundations supported by 330 piles, incorporating approximately 720 tonnes of reinforcement steel and 5,000 m³ of concrete. Construction was completed over a nine-month period.

The project demonstrates NOBE’s expertise in renewable energy infrastructure, combining strong engineering capabilities, precise planning, and high-quality execution.
