NOBE completed a new 290-cow robotic dairy barn for the Metsküla Piim farm complex in just five months, expanding and modernising the existing production environment. The facility is equipped with four milking robots and Estonia’s first DeLaval manure collection robots.

Construction took place in the middle of an active farming operation, with the goal of minimising disruption to daily production. A constrained construction site, specialised technical systems, and a complex service tunnel connecting the existing milking facility with the new barn required careful planning and well-considered engineering solutions.
The project was commissioned by Metsküla Piim, whose clear vision and collaborative approach contributed to the smooth delivery of the project.
