Nestled among the pine forests of Keila, the Keila Pargikodud residential quarter is taking shape, with the first two apartment buildings already completed. The project is being developed by Invego, with NOBE responsible for the construction works.

The A-energy-class buildings feature contemporary architecture that blends naturally into the surrounding woodland environment. In addition to the residential buildings, the development includes a dedicated play area, creating a well-rounded and family-friendly living environment.

Construction took place among mature trees and within an active urban infrastructure network, requiring precise planning and carefully considered solutions throughout the project.
