Located in the southern area of Tallinn Airport, the Lennuradari Road 40 Aircraft Maintenance Hangar Complex is a large-scale and technically demanding development.

The complex comprises three separate buildings with a total gross area of nearly 10,000 m². Its primary tenant is the international aviation company Magnetic MRO.

Airport City entrusted NOBE with the delivery of the project. As one of the most complex developments in Estonia’s aviation sector, the project required compliance with stringent structural requirements, aviation safety standards, extensive technical systems, and specialised access solutions.

The project provided an excellent opportunity for NOBE’s engineers to apply their expertise and experience at the highest level, delivering a result that meets the rigorous standards of the aviation industry.
