Located in Rae Parish, close to the Tallinn Ring Road, Koplipere 5 Stock Office is a modern and functional business and warehouse building. NOBE was responsible for both the design and construction of the project.

Delivered within 10 months, the approximately 5,000 m² building accommodates 12 versatile commercial units tailored to a range of business needs.

A key feature of the project was the pursuit of LEED certification, which guided the development towards energy-efficient, environmentally responsible, and high-quality solutions. The building is characterised by offices seamlessly integrated into the warehouse spaces, a combination of steel and reinforced concrete structures, and distinctive decorative façade fins.
